Follow these easy steps to get your AEG LAVATHERM 57320 Dryer up and running in no time.
Before setting up the AEG LAVATHERM 57320 Dryer, inspect the unit for any transportation damage. Ensure everything is intact before proceeding.
Position the dryer on a flat, stable surface. Ensure that the dryer is set up horizontally for optimal operation.
If the dryer is positioned next to a gas, coal, or electric stove, install a thermally insulating non-combustible plate between the dryer and the stove. The recommended dimensions are 85x57.5 cm.
Do not place the dryer on high-pile carpet floors as this can obstruct air circulation and affect the dryer's performance.
Ensure that the dryer is connected to the electrical supply according to the technical conditions of the electric power supply company. Only an authorized electrician should make fixed connections to the mains.
Wipe the inside of the drum with a damp cloth. Alternatively, insert damp cloths and perform a short drying procedure for 20 minutes to prepare the drum for first use.
Empty the water reservoir and clean the fluff filter after every drying process to maintain optimal performance. Note that the condensed water is not suitable for drinking or food use.
Regularly clean the condenser when the CONDENSER display lights up to prevent damage and ensure efficient drying.
